Do you want to be part of writing history when we reopen the legendary Brunnsgården restaurant with a brand new, modern kitchen? At Sätra Brunn, we're making a major investment for this year's Christmas buffet and are now looking for passionate chefs for both hot kitchen and cold station who want to spread the joy of food in our unique spa resort environment. We're offering an intensive and fun seasonal employment starting in November with excellent opportunities for continued employment when we launch the full-scale operation next year. We have full licensing and seating for 150 guests. KRAV-certified restaurant Quality control: Follow current procedures for hygiene and food safety Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, creative, and efficient atmosphere Who are you? Experience: Trained chef with previous experience from hot kitchen and/or cold station Background: Experience with Christmas buffets, buffet service, or catering for large groups Qualities: Stress-resistant, organized, and a true team player who enjoys innovative thinking Language: Good Swedish language skills The practical details Scope: Fixed-term full-time employment starting in November Working hours: Varying hours including weekends and evenings Location: Sätra Brunn Resort Driver's license: Required due to Sätra Brunn's location How to apply We conduct continuous selection and positions may be filled before the final application deadline.
