About the Position We are seeking an experienced chef for our restaurant in Stockholm. As a chef, you will prepare and cook traditional Vietnamese dishes as well as other Asian cuisine. You will be responsible for preparing raw materials, cooking, quality, and food hygiene. Responsibilities - Prepare and cook traditional Vietnamese dishes. - Prepare and cook various Asian dishes. - Prepare raw materials and ingredients. - Ensure quality and presentation of food. - Follow food hygiene and safe cooking procedures. - Work independently and together with other kitchen staff. - Contribute to an efficient and well-functioning kitchen operation. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of documented experience working as a chef. - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese cooking. - Experience with Asian cooking. - Good knowledge of ingredients, cooking methods, and food hygiene. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Chef training is an asset but not required. Documented professional experience and equivalent practical competence are important for the position. Employment Terms Full-time, permanent employment. Salary: 35 000 kr per month. Location: Stockholm.
