At Väderöarnas värdshus, you cook in the Bohuslän archipelago, with the sea as your only neighbor. We are now looking for an independent chef who enjoys taking responsibility and wants to become an important part of our kitchen, working closely with our head chef. We would like you to have several years of experience in the profession, but what matters most is that you have the right attitude and a genuine passion for cooking. We are looking for someone who Has completed formal chef training. Can work independently and take responsibility for your work and the kitchen as a whole. Has an interest in and knowledge of seafood, with ingredients carefully selected according to season. Is a team player with strong teamwork skills. Has high quality standards and wants to develop together with us. What we offer A permanent position at 75% with year-round work with higher employment during the summer. Flexibility and openness regarding schedule and time off. A work schedule where you work several longer shifts in a row followed by several consecutive days off. The work arrangement can be adapted to some extent to suit the right person. Accommodations on the island during the periods you work.
