The Fishery, led by Malin Söderström and Carl Ullsten, is a modern, innovative restaurant in an open restaurant landscape at Teatern in Ringens Köpcentrum in Skanstull. The theater hosts 9 other operators such as Marco Badoune, Adam and Albin, and Sayan Isaksson. Each has a clear distinct focus, and ours is seafood cuisine. We serve many guests at a brisk pace from our small kitchen with food prepared authentically. The kitchen is completely open and all staff interact with guests. We are a small but tight-knit team working with positivity, precision, and efficiency as our guiding principles. The menu is short but with great variety. Some examples are our Crispy Fish, Fish Tacos, and Warm-Smoked Salmon Salad. When it comes to beverages, we have chosen to focus especially on sparkling wines such as Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne. We are looking for cheerful, positive, and ambitious chefs who want to continue developing a successful concept together with us. You enjoy working toward set goals and ensuring high quality. You work well in a team, have good organizational skills, love a clean kitchen, and enjoy interacting with guests as we work in an open kitchen. The position includes standard tasks in a restaurant kitchen: engaging with guests in our open kitchen, taking orders, working toward our established goals, ensuring a good work environment and team spirit. Working hours vary and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
