The Fishery, led by Malin Söderström and Carl Ullsten, is a modern, innovative restaurant in an open kitchen concept at Teatern in Ringens Köpcentrum in Skanstull. The theater houses 9 other vendors such as Marco Badoune, Adam and Albin, and Sayan Isaksson. Each has a distinct focus, and ours is seafood. We serve many guests at a fast pace from our small kitchen with food prepared properly. The kitchen is completely open and all staff interact with guests. We are a small but cohesive team that works with positivity, accuracy, and efficiency as our guiding principles. The menu is short but with great variety. Some examples are our Crispy Fish, Fish Tacos, and Warm-Smoked Salmon Salad. When it comes to beverages, we have chosen to focus mainly on sparkling wines such as Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne. We are looking for happy, positive, and ambitious chefs who want to continue developing a successful concept together with us. You enjoy working towards set goals and ensuring high quality. You work well in a team, have good organizational skills, love a clean kitchen, and enjoy meeting guests as we work in an open kitchen. The position includes standard duties in a restaurant kitchen.
