Sundbyholms Slott is an exclusive hotel located on the southern shore of Mälaren, just outside Eskilstuna, about an hour from Stockholm. With historical origins dating back to the 1600s, the castle has been adapted to meet modern and future restaurant requirements. Peacefully situated next to the castle is the hotel section with panoramic views over Mälaren. The hotel has 115 rooms divided between double rooms and suites. We are part of the collaborative networks Countryside Hotels, Svenska Möten, and IACC. We are looking to strengthen our kitchen team further and are now seeking a: Chef Our operations consist of conferences, corporate and private events, à la carte dining, and weddings.
