JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to help create wonderful meal experiences for our seniors? We're now looking for a dedicated chef to strengthen the kitchen team at Olsgården care home.
As a chef with us, you work together with your colleagues to plan, prepare, and serve delicious and nutritious meals to our residents.
Meals are an important part of daily life, and you contribute to creating joy in eating, security, and a positive dining experience. You're responsible for maintaining high quality in the kitchen and ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, food safety procedures, and self-inspection protocols.
Together with your colleagues, you'll develop the operation with a focus on quality, service, and the residents' needs.
You work until no later than 4:30 PM and work every third weekend on a rolling 6-week schedule. These working hours provide good opportunities for balance between work and leisure.

QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional experience or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
You have:
• good knowledge of relevant legislation regarding self-inspection and food safety.
• experience with special diets and large-scale kitchen production.
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• good computer skills.

It's a plus if you have experience from the public sector.
