The administration is also responsible for Cultural School, meal provision, and central student health services. We are now seeking a chef for Lunda Preschool Kitchen, which is a production kitchen located on Sävastön, outside Boden. Welcome to us! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your main task is to prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks for 6 departments. We collaborate within the operation so you may work in another kitchen when needed. We hold workplace meetings where we share experiences, develop the operation, and work together on the work environment. The role includes routines within the kitchen's self-inspection based on HACCP, portion statistics, web-based food and kitchen supply ordering. Scheduled daytime working hours, substitute position for the period 261101-261231, 75% scope. QUALIFICATIONS We seek you who are trained as a chef or have other culinary education combined with kitchen experience that the employer deems equivalent. Meritable are upper secondary school Restaurant and Food Science programs, knowledge of special diets, training or experience in facility maintenance, B-driver's license. You have basic IT skills to handle orders, smartphone, personnel systems, and email communication, as well as a good ability to verbally and in writing convey and receive documentation in Swedish and to work according to written procedures. To thrive with us, you should be independent, thorough, and trustworthy. You contribute to good collaboration with different stakeholders at the workplace, are flexible, take responsibility, and have the ability to work in a structured manner. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Please attach education and work life certificates to your application, as they may be requested if you become relevant for employment.
