The kitchen's pace varies with the seasons – from intensive periods with high pressure to more planned setups. A large and important part of our business is groups and conferences, which means you'll also work on larger orders where structure, collaboration, and timing are crucial to delivering a truly great experience. About the role As a chef with us, you're an important part of the whole. You work in a kitchen where there's high pressure, great energy, and a strong focus on teamwork. Together, you ensure that every plate leaving the kitchen maintains high standards – even when the pace is at its peak. You'll work broadly in the kitchen and be involved in daily operations, where structure, collaboration, and professional pride make a difference every day. We're looking for you if you: Have a few years of experience as a chef (approximately 4–5 years) Love fast-paced environments and can deliver even when it's hectic Are a team player who contributes to a great atmosphere in the kitchen Have a passion for food, flavors, and quality ingredients Are organized and have control – even when it's stressful Speak Swedish and/or English Merits: Experience working with à la carte Experience with traditional Swedish home cooking Experience from a sports bar or similar environment Restaurant training or education Involvement in menu planning or ordering We offer you: A great team with excellent energy and strong cohesion A workplace where things happen and development is part of everyday life A developmental workplace that offers training related to kitchen work in our sports bar, where you'll have the opportunity to sharpen your skills, develop in your role, and broaden your expertise across various aspects of kitchen work.
