Gysinge Herrgård has captivated visitors for centuries, and we understand why. Here, history and nature come together in a unique interplay along the Dalälven riverside. With 67 hotel rooms, a restaurant, café, and conference facilities, we offer our guests something special. We are now seeking a dedicated Chef to join our team. The position is varied and combines daily kitchen work. What does the role entail? As a Chef, you'll have the chance to be creative, independent, and solution-focused. We're looking for someone with an eye for quality and detail. At the same time, you're unpretentious and not afraid to help wherever needed. Stepping in to support other departments when necessary is something you see as a natural part of the work. In this role, you'll be creative and work with the details that bring together the hotel and the surrounding area on a plate. Our ambition is to work as much as possible with local producers for both food and beverages, while fostering the creativity that exists in our kitchen. A shared goal is to be there for the guest so we can deliver the service our visitors remember and want to return for. This requires great commitment from everyone who works at the hotel.
