Chef Wanted for John Scott's Part-Time Position

John Scott's in Lund is now looking for a dedicated and experienced chef for our kitchen. We're looking for someone who thrives in a restaurant environment, enjoys cooking delicious food, and works well with the rest of the team. The position is part-time and involves approximately 2 shifts per week, with the possibility of more shifts if needed. Responsibilities As a chef with us, you will, among other things: Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and procedures Work with mise en place and preparations before service Ensure that food maintains high quality and is served according to our standards Maintain order and good hygiene in the kitchen Collaborate with other kitchen staff and the restaurant's other team members We're Looking for You We would like to see that you have experience working as a chef and are used to working at a fast pace. As a person, you are: Independent and responsible Thorough and quality-conscious Flexible and solution-oriented Positive and good at collaborating Comfortable working under pressure when the pace increases Experience from a restaurant or à la carte kitchen is a plus.
