Do you love authentic Texas cuisine, fast-paced environments, and a well-organized kitchen? We're looking for a cook who wants to join our team and help us deliver an authentic Texas experience to our guests. We are a franchise restaurant that has been operating in Sweden since 1994. Our food originates from Texas, USA – and the charcoal grill is at the heart of everything we do. For us, it's about genuine flavors, quality, and Southern Hospitality, both on the plate and in the team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for more hours during the summer months. Responsibilities - Preparation and cooking of à la carte dishes - Evening and weekend shifts - Work with charcoal grill - Standard kitchen duties - Collaboration to ensure an efficient and well-functioning kitchen We're Looking For - At least 1 year of experience as a cook in an à la carte kitchen - Detail-oriented, stress-resistant, and quick learner - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team - Strong understanding of service, quality, and pace - Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) or English - Experience with or interest in charcoal grilling (a plus) We Offer - A position at minimum 75%, with the possibility for more - Working hours primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends - A cohesive team with clear structure - Salary according to collective agreement/arrangement Application Send your CV and a brief introduction.
