Chef - Seasonal

For the winter season 2026-2027, we are looking for a chef/chefs, preferably with experience in both fine dining and traditional Swedish home cooking for small and large gatherings. Some menu planning for the season is part of the work depending on when the position is filled. Together with our small kitchen team, you will be responsible for purchasing, ensuring we stay within our budget, and providing our guests with a complete experience through both flavors and service. Several weddings are already booked and we are planning for the Christmas and New Year holidays. Tännäskröket is part of Funäsfjällen and is located approximately 20 minutes' drive from Funäsdalen, which is the main town with shops, healthcare, and schools. It is therefore an advantage if you have a driver's license and your own car. Staff accommodation is available for rent. You should enjoy snow and winter to also have a good time off when you are not at work. The area offers excellent fishing, snowmobile trails, and fantastic skiing. We would like you to start in mid-December and work through the season until the week after Easter. The position can be arranged as either full-time or part-time.
