You'll become an important part of the kitchen team and work in an operation where things happen from morning to evening. Hotell Vänerport AB operates 3 hotels in and around Mariestad with breakfast service, lunch service, dinner service, Christmas buffets, events, buffets, etc. at the different hotels and depending somewhat on the season. You'll have great opportunities to develop the operation and influence the setup of the kitchen, menu, and restaurant operations. Responsibilities Food preparation and plating with focus on quality Preparation, planning, and teamwork in the kitchen Participate in developing routines and work methods Ensure hygiene, organization, and good kitchen flow We're Looking for Someone Who Has prior experience as a chef Is flexible, collaborative, and contributes to a positive workplace Likes a fast pace but still wants to deliver quality Can communicate fluently in English (required), Swedish is a plus Requirement for functioning commute: either own car or within walking/cycling distance.
