We are now seeking a passionate Cook / Cold Kitchen Specialist who wants to work in a team where service excellence and teamwork are central. With curiosity and enthusiasm, you create flavorful and well-prepared dishes with a focus on sustainability. The role includes daily self-inspection work, having good knowledge of allergens and being able to account for all ingredients, ordering and receiving goods, and waste management. You will also assist with menu planning, product ordering, and inventory. About Restaurant Wheel loaders We are a team of 4 people managing the restaurant and café operations at the Volvo factory in Arvika. We serve breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Who are you? - You are over 18 years old - You have education within hotel and restaurant with a cooking focus or equivalent - You have previous experience working in restaurants - You have the ability to plan and structure work efficiently - Through your passion, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service and quality in what you deliver - You understand the importance of satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resilient, and collaborate and communicate easily - You can take own initiative and are flexible in your professional role - You speak and write Swedish - Experience with menu planning systems is a plus We look forward to receiving your application!
