Cook for On-Call Position at Chapter House

We are now looking for a trained Cook for an on-call position. We're looking for you with a positive team spirit who wants to become part of our small kitchen team at our Gastropub CHAPTER HOUSE in central Växjö. Chapter House, located in the heart of Växjö, opened in 2015 and is a cozy gastropub focused on craft-produced beer from around the world. Our passion is beer, gin, and well-prepared pub food, where we prepare everything from scratch. We are looking for a trained cook with experience working with à la carte menus, quality control, self-inspection, and who is well-versed in hygiene procedures. The role is a combination of practical kitchen work, managing hygiene routines and cleaning, ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly, spotlessly, and of course delivers high-quality food to our guests. We are looking for a positive person who is passionate about hospitality, cooking, and who is generally a great team member. We value experience, but also a wonderful personality that fits well with our team. To keep up with our fast pace, you need to possess the following qualifications: Professional Stress-resistant Team player Flexible Creative Proactive Solution-oriented This is an on-call position, so hours vary. Working hours vary but mostly include evening and weekend work. Salary according to agreement. We conduct continuous selection and may fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
