Here we serve lunch on weekdays, à la carte in connection with performances, the Opera Bar with its own menu, and occasionally arrange larger events and banquets. In summer, we open the popular Summer Terrace with the best seating overlooking the river. We are now seeking a cheerful and experienced colleague who is either a Chef or Cold Kitchen Specialist. We want the best, so we adapt the kitchen division of labor based on your particular expertise. We're looking for someone who puts the guest's interests first and wants to be part of creating a flawless experience for our restaurant and opera visitors. You are resourceful, take responsibility, and share your professional knowledge. You contribute to kitchen development. You enjoy working independently at a fast pace and have good planning skills. As a person, you are flexible, committed to ensuring our team functions well, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere. You should have restaurant training and at least 3 years of documented work experience as a chef or cold kitchen specialist, speak Swedish fluently in speech and writing, and have good references. Work is scheduled daytime, weekends, and evenings, typically not later than 21:00. This position is permanent at 100%. A 6-month trial period applies. Start mid-October or by agreement.
