About the Job Our creative, discerning, and cheerful head chef Nicholas needs reinforcement. We're looking for someone who is self-driven, flexible, and loves food and making the best use of the ingredients we have available. You also enjoy working in a team and interacting closely with guests and colleagues. We're a small, wonderful group that works together and always wants to give our guests that extra something. We bake everything ourselves for our cafe, so it's important that you can both cook and bake. We have a cafe, lunch service, event room, conference facilities, Christmas buffets, and our own events.
