Åkerboskolan is a preschool through ninth grade school with approximately 170 students. The school's kitchen is a natural meeting place and prepares lunch for both preschools, schools, and elderly care. Here you'll work in an operation with high ambitions, where collaboration between the kitchen, students, and school staff is an important part of daily life.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a cook at Åkerboskolan, you have a central role in the kitchen's daily operations. The focus is on large-scale cooking and preparation of special diets, but the position also involves participating in all tasks that occur in the kitchen.
You work together with dedicated colleagues to ensure high quality, good service, and a pleasant meal experience for our guests. Since the kitchen produces meals for multiple facilities, a structured approach and good collaboration skills are required. Work may also occur at other locations within the food service unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who has:
• vocational training in restaurant and institutional catering or other training and experience that the employer considers equivalent
• several years of experience working in large-scale kitchens
• strong knowledge of cooking and special diets
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• B driver's license
