About Us Mollösunds Wärdshus is a historic inn located at the end of Orust, in the old fishing village of Mollösund. The kitchen is the heart of the house, and we prepare honest, seasonally-focused cuisine using ingredients from the sea and Bohuslän. About the Role We're looking for a chef who thrives in an à la carte kitchen and enjoys the pace when the dining room fills up. You'll prepare food from scratch alongside the team and maintain high, consistent quality—both during regular service and at larger events. With us, there's high tempo, lots happening, and a great team that enjoys working together. Employment Seasonal position with immediate start—we run at full capacity during the summer. Full-time or part-time by agreement, salary by agreement. There may be continued work in the fall, focusing more on weekends, events, and conferences.
