We are looking for a chef for Ankan & CO This autumn, Ankan & CO opens in the classic old Mucky Ducks premises on Vasaplan in Umeå. Ankan & CO is the place for you if you want a great evening with delicious classic pub food, good drinks and fantastic atmosphere no matter what day of the week it is. Do you want to be part of our team? Are you a careful and stress-resistant person who is passionate about creating a fantastic experience for our guests? Job Description With us you will: · Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu · Ensure that all dishes are of the highest quality and presented in an appealing way · Handle raw materials and ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized · Follow hygiene and safety regulations · Wash dishes and keep kitchen equipment in order · Receive deliveries and handle and unpack raw materials Qualifications We are looking for you who: · Are communicative, responsible, flexible and have a positive attitude. · Can work at a high pace and keep calm in stressful situations. · Industry experience is a merit but not a requirement. · Want to work evenings and weekends.
