ICA Kvantum Skövde is seeking a Cook for the hot kitchen ICA Kvantum in Skövde is a family-owned business with approximately 70 employees. At ICA Kvantum, we work continuously to be Skövde's most modern grocery store. We have now completed our store-wide renovation and are ready to take the next step towards becoming Skaraborg's most modern grocery store with a focus on food and meal solutions. Job Responsibilities: As a cook with us, you will be part of our production team in the hot kitchen. In our hot kitchen, our main production is portioned meals that we prepare and cool down. A selection that includes traditional home-style dishes, weekend boxes, innovative options, and high variety in the assortment with great food satisfaction. Be an important player alongside the production teams in the cold and hot kitchens to ensure efficient production flow in the kitchen, follow established budgets and cost calculations, and help inspire customers with our selection. We would like you to have experience with self-control procedures as this is part of the work. We are looking for you: Have a passionate interest and experience in food & cooking. Can communicate food and product knowledge to customers and colleagues. Are organized and have a pronounced quality awareness. Want to be part of creating and developing the future selection of our self-produced products together with your direct manager. You are a person with initiative and strong positive energy that is contagious. You see customer needs with joy and provide excellent customer service. You must be able to handle stressful situations and have the ability to see the big picture in your work. You must be organized and have a sense of order, enjoy development, be engaged, and work well in a team. Work hours are currently scheduled on weekdays, but can always change to include weekends as the store is open 7 days a week.
