About Us Restaurang Athena opened in fall 2005 and is a Greek restaurant that also serves tapas. We are not open for lunch. You should have chef training and be experienced with cooking independently. During the training period, the position will be during operating hours, and once you have learned all the dishes on the menu, you will transition to a morning shift. There you will work alone under the kitchen manager's guidance to prepare and cook part of the menu's dishes for the evening cooks. It is important that you are organized and structured, with an understanding of efficiency and productivity. You should be engaged, take initiative, and have an interest in food.
