As we expand our operations, we are looking for a cook to join our team at Blomlöfs on Saltö in Karlskrona. About the Position As a cook with us, you will primarily work with fish and seafood-based dishes. You will be an important part of the team and participate in menu planning and purchasing. At our core, we are a lunch restaurant, but we regularly host corporate events and create other events in the evenings as well. In November & December, we host Christmas smorgasbord dinners. During summer, we expand and have extended hours during June–August. The position therefore involves varied working hours, with shifts occurring in the evenings and on weekends during certain periods. Blomlöfs on Saltö is a growing business, and in spring 2025 we also opened a hotel in the same building as our restaurant and shop. We are looking for you who: • Are a trained cook with at least three years of documented experience. • Have experience working with self-inspection procedures. • Are engaged, creative, value collaboration, and appreciate variety.
