Cook/Baker at Viggbyholms Stationskafé – 100% Would you like independent work where you get to cook and bake from scratch? Viggbyholms Stationskafé in Täby is now looking for a cook/baker at 100%. We are seeking an experienced, self-driven and responsible person who loves cooking, baking and planning their own work. For us, the kitchen is an important part of our operations. We prepare our food ourselves and bake our bread from scratch. Therefore, we are looking for you who have practical experience from a kitchen, restaurant, café or bakery and who can take responsibility for the daily work. Your responsibilities You will, among other things: Bake bread and simple baked goods from scratch Prepare and cook salads, soups, pies, lasagna and other café dishes Prepare food for the day's sales Plan and structure work in the kitchen Take responsibility for ordering and receiving goods Keep the kitchen clean, organized and running smoothly Help out in the café when needed Contribute ideas and develop our food and bakery offerings We are looking for someone who Has experience as a cook, baker or from a restaurant/café Has practical experience in cooking and preferably also baking Can work independently and take responsibility for the kitchen Is thorough, efficient and organized Loves cooking and baking from scratch Is flexible and solution-oriented Enjoyed working in a small team Has good Swedish to communicate in daily work Has a driver's license (category B) Can work at least every other weekend Education is a merit, but what matters most to us is your practical experience and that you can take responsibility for the work.
