JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare meals and ensure that all our meal guests—children/students/elderly—are offered good and healthy meals. * Prepare special diets as needed. * Order food supplies and plan work based on the prepared menu. * Carry out the self-inspection checkpoints that are part of the kitchen. * Work actively to reduce food waste in all production stages. * Work with all aspects of kitchen operations. * Some administration such as recipes in the nutrition database system, invoice handling, and statistical follow-up. Heavy lifting occurs during material handling and food preparation. QUALIFICATIONS Education - Hotel and Restaurant Program or equivalent competence as the employer deems equivalent. Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form. Good knowledge of self-inspection Basic IT skills are required to manage ordering systems, email, smartphone, and personnel systems.
