We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef who wants to join our wonderful kitchen team at the Brasserie. 📌 About the position As a chef with us, you are responsible for: Preparing the kitchen with the right equipment and ingredients. Reviewing menus and recipes and ensuring all ingredients are in place. Preparing dishes with high quality and according to set menus. Leading and delegating tasks to kitchen staff. Creating appealing presentations and ready-to-serve dishes. Maintaining order in the kitchen and ensuring that hygiene and safety regulations are followed. We appreciate creativity and welcome new ideas and recipes that can further elevate our menu! 🎯 We are looking for you who: Have previous experience as a chef in a restaurant kitchen. Are confident at different kitchen stations and have good knowledge of both classical and modern cooking methods. Have good leadership skills and enjoy working in a team. Are stress-resilient, organized, and maintain high quality even during busy times. Are familiar with hygiene and safety regulations in restaurant kitchens.
