A newly opened food truck in Norrbotten with Luleå as its base is now seeking a chef. The concept is South Indian cuisine, and therefore we are looking for someone with knowledge of food culture in southern India. Since this is brand new, there are great opportunities for development. If you want to engage in the project, develop the menu, find suppliers, etc., you are very welcome and it would even be a plus. The scope of work is influenced by how much you want to engage.
