We are now looking for you who wants to work in a small kitchen, alongside and together with our head chef. Where you get the opportunity for a flexible and creative role, with game, local and Nordic cuisine as our focus. We work primarily for conferences, where 2 and 3 course menus are served, genuine well-prepared lunches, weddings, Christmas dinners etc., where you are involved in creating the experience. You want to take responsibility and run the kitchen together with our head chef, take responsibility and help with menus and purchasing. We work closely with our guests so high social competence is required. You want to become an integral part of our team and be part of long-term development of an operation with an exciting future. Where development is high on the agenda. The job involves a mix of days/evenings and partly weekends. You are flexible and meticulous with schedules and passionate about service and commitment to the entire operation. Hunger, curiosity and ambition come before experience.
