We are now seeking an engaged and operationally focused QEH Coordinator who wants to support our projects in daily QEH work. You will become an important part of our organization and help ensure that regulatory requirements, client requirements, and our own working methods are implemented in practice out in the projects.
About the role
As a QEH Coordinator, you work closely with project managers, site managers, supervisors, and other support functions. You serve as operational support to the business and help projects work in a structured manner within quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in project kickoffs and ensure that QEH requirements, responsibilities, and working methods are clear.
Support projects with QEH plans, risk assessments, work permits, control plans, and other documentation.
Conduct project visits and QEH inspections in the field.
Follow up on risk assessments, work permits, safety rounds, self-inspections, and other mandatory activities.
Compile and follow up on deviations, near-misses, accidents, and quality deficiencies.
Ensure that correct templates, checklists, and governing documents are used.
Support projects with document management, reporting, and system usage.
Participate in audits, client visits, and regulatory contacts.
Follow up on suppliers and subcontractors from a QEH perspective.
Conduct inductions and training initiatives within QEH.
Contribute to continuous improvements and experience feedback between projects.
We are looking for someone who:
Has relevant education or equivalent experience in quality, environment, and occupational health & safety.
Has experience from the construction and infrastructure industry.
Has worked with risk assessments, deviation management, and follow-up.
Can interpret and implement regulatory requirements, client requirements, and management systems in practical project work.
Has strong administrative skills and enjoys order and structure.
Is comfortable with digital systems and document management.
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
Holds a Class B driver's license.
