Peab is now seeking experienced QSE Coordinators who want to work close to production and actively drive QSE work with a clear focus on quality in our projects. With this announcement, we are seeking several QSE Coordinators to be placed in projects within the Stockholm area and Uppsala. About the role As a QSE Coordinator with us, you are a qualified support to the project organization in matters concerning quality, environment, and occupational health – with emphasis on quality assurance and working methods in the projects. You work operatively in projects and function as a sounding board for the site manager and supervisors. The role involves working in multiple parts of the process, where you sometimes drive the work yourself and sometimes support the project depending on the phase and needs. Your main responsibilities Ensure that QSE requirements are identified and managed in the project Contribute to structure and working methods related to requirements and follow-up Work operatively at various projects and provide an advisory function to site managers and production staff. The work includes, among other things Ensuring documentation, experience feedback, and compliance with laws and internal requirements. Dialog with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders. Follow-up of subcontractors and suppliers. Conducting internal audits. You work close to the projects and contribute to creating structure, compliance, and learning with quality and working methods in focus. The position may be placed in a security-classified project, which means you will need to undergo a security clearance. Due to this, Swedish citizenship is required. About you We are seeking someone with relevant education or equivalent experience in Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health. It is meritious if you have work experience from the construction industry. Furthermore, you should be well versed in legislation and standards within the QSE area. We value your ability to communicate effectively and work in a structured manner. Furthermore, you are a team player who enjoys working and collaborating in groups. Your analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach will be crucial for success in the role.
