With us, you get the opportunity to lead two pharmacies with different characters – one local and personal, and one in the heart of the city. Together, the pharmacies create an exciting and developmental everyday where you as cluster manager can combine operational leadership with business focus – and make a real difference for both customers and employees. In the long term, there are good opportunities to develop the cluster, as an additional pharmacy may be included in your area of responsibility. 🧡Ullstämma is a smaller, pleasant pharmacy with close customer relationships and an engaged team. Here you mainly meet young families, retirees, and customers passing by after work – often with a focus on convenience and personalized service. 🧡Stora torget is centrally located in Linköping's city center with high energy. It welcomes a varied customer base ranging from elderly and regular customers to shoppers and people working in the area. In the surrounding area, there are both health centers, restaurants, and retail, which contributes to a lively pace throughout the day. The role includes, among other things: Strengthening the business and creating motivation and engagement in the team. Ensuring the best possible patient advice and a customer experience of the highest quality. Responsible for finances, budget, and performance monitoring. Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the surrounding area. Have full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and quality. Ensure well-functioning staffing through efficient scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team toward set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. The pharmacies have generous opening hours where Ullstämma is open 9.00–18.00 on weekdays and 10.00–14.00 on Saturdays, while the pharmacy at Stora torget is open 9.30–18.30 on weekdays and 10.00–16.00 on Saturdays. Both pharmacies are closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent full-time position with a six-month trial period. Start date to be agreed upon, and you are welcome to Mersiha Hosos region! 🥰 Ping!
