With a focus on both the here and now, and the future - we contribute together to a world that feels good! 🌍🧡🚀 Your role as pharmacy manager for Kronans Apotek in Tanumshede Welcome to Kronans Apotek in Tanum, Grebbestad and Fjällbacka - three unique locations along Bohusläns west coast where nature, tourism and local community meet. The pharmacy in Tanumshede is the cluster's largest and is strategically located next to health centers, dentists and a large ICA store, a natural meeting place with high customer traffic. In Grebbestad and Fjällbacka we operate smaller pharmacies in idyllic tourist destinations, where you meet both local residents and visitors from all over the world. As pharmacy manager with us in the Tanum cluster, we see that you are a leader with high drive, engagement and results focus. The work is both strategic and operational. The role also includes the following areas of responsibility and tasks: Strengthen the business and create motivation and engagement in the team. Ensure the best possible patient advice and customer experience of the highest quality. Responsible for finances, budget and results monitoring. Initiate and develop local partnerships and relationships in the local area. Have full responsibility for personnel, work environment and quality. Ensure efficient staffing through effective scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team towards set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. Salary Supplement💰 5,000 kr extra per month for three full years for those who choose to relocate or commute to Tanumshede. Bonus🏆 To ensure you thrive and flourish, we offer an annual bonus of 60,000 kr during your first three years with us (psst…up to 180,000 kr total 😉). The offer applies to you as a pharmacy manager who applies to Kronans Apotek and who chooses to relocate or commute to Tanumshede to become part of our team. The salary supplement and bonus are proportional to or directly linked to your employment rate. If you live in another location but still see this as the right role for you, we can assist with housing to facilitate weekly commuting or similar 🏠. The cluster's opening hours are currently 🕰️ Tanumshede: 8:30–18:00 Monday-Friday Fjällbacka: 9:00–17:00 Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday Grebbestad: 11:00–15:00 Thursday–Friday You are offered a permanent position with an initial trial period of six months.
