As a cluster manager, you get an exciting opportunity to combine strategic leadership with active and present work in everyday operations. You have overall responsibility for the operations, finances, and staffing of both pharmacies – but most importantly, you get to lead an engaged team toward common goals. You work closely with your colleagues, see each individual, and create a culture where participation, curiosity, and collaboration are natural parts of everyday life. Mölnlycke is a large pharmacy located in the heart of the city, with a focus on developing pharmaceutical services! We have close collaboration with surrounding healthcare facilities and work extensively with business-to-business. Sätila is a primary healthcare center pharmacy in a smaller but growing community. This pharmacy also has good anchorage in the local community and here there is great potential for development. As pharmacy manager for Mölnlycke and Sätila, you have an important role in managing and driving the pharmacies' collaborations forward together with your skilled team! The role includes, among other things: Strengthen the business and create motivation and engagement in the team. Ensure the best possible patient counseling and a customer experience of the highest quality. Responsible for finances, budget, and result follow-up. Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the local area. Have full responsibility for staff, work environment, and quality. Ensure efficient staffing through effective scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team toward set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. Mölnlycke is open 09:00-18:30 on weekdays and 10:00-14:00 on Saturdays Sätila is open 08:30-17:00 on weekdays We offer a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. Start date 1/9 or by agreement. You report to Regional Manager Susanne Parfält. We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or have other relevant background in retail. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leading role or are curious and ready to take the next step as a pharmacy manager with us. To thrive in the role, we would like to see that you have an easy time engaging others and contributing to team motivation. Since you will be working toward clear goals, we appreciate that you are organized, positive, decisive, and solution-focused.
