Your Responsibilities As club manager, you are the organization's operational leader and an important bearer of our culture. You are responsible for the daily operations and work to create good conditions for the organization's active members, leaders, staff, and participants. You work closely with the board, leaders, and other key figures in the organization and have a comprehensive perspective on the organization's goals and development. The main task in this role is to bring people together around Morön BK's shared goals, create engagement, and ensure that the organization's activities develop in line with the board's decisions and our organization's values. Examples of work tasks: • Lead and develop the daily operations of the organization. • Personnel responsibility and management of the organization's other employees. • Contact and relationship building with other clubs and partners. • Work with marketing, communication, events, and member care to strengthen the organization's brand and attract new members. • Environmental monitoring and initiating projects. • Support the board and sections in their work. • Implementation of the Morö Model. • Ongoing member support for daily operations. Your Background/Your Qualities We are looking for someone who is a confident and inspiring leader with the ability to help people grow and feel involved. You build trust by being attentive, unpretentious, and clear, and you have an easy time creating good relationships with people in different roles. You thrive in a role where you can take significant responsibility, create structure, and drive development. You have practical experience leading others and are accustomed to motivating people around you and taking projects from start to finish. You do not need to have a background in football to succeed in this role. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. Requirements: Leadership experience. Meritorious: Experience in marketing, communication, and relationship-building work.
