With an 18-hole course, modern training facilities, simulator, restaurant, accommodation, and strong volunteer commitment, we continue to develop. About the Role As club manager, you are the club's highest operational leader and a key person in our continued development. You work closely with the board, staff, members, guests, and our partners to create an attractive, welcoming, and successful operation. The role is both strategic and operational. Your Main Responsibilities - Lead and develop the club's daily operations - Manage finances, budget, and follow-up - Lead and inspire the club's staff - Develop member service and member value - Build relationships with sponsors and businesses - Market and strengthen the club's brand - Coordinate operations with the course manager, coaches, and restaurant manager - Develop Hässlegården GK as a golf and visitor destination Who Are You? We are looking for you as a natural leader with strong drive and genuine interest in people. You create engagement, build relationships, and get people to work toward common goals. At the same time, you have a business-minded approach and good understanding of finances and business development. We believe you have - Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility - Experience with budget and financial work - Strong communication skills - Experience in sales, marketing, or business development - Ability to combine structure with flexibility - Strong service and member focus - Experience from golf, sports, hospitality, or association work is advantageous but not required.
