About the Position As Club Manager at GF Kroppskultur, you'll have a central role in an organization with strong roots in Uddevalla. GF Kroppskultur in Uddevalla, with approximately 1,000 active members and 100 partners, is now seeking an engaged and action-oriented club manager who wants to take full responsibility for the organization's development, operations, and continued journey. Job Description • Lead and drive the organization's operations forward in close collaboration with the board, staff, and other key stakeholders. • Work actively with marketing, events, and the organization's external relations. • Nurture existing sponsorship partnerships and create new business opportunities. • Handle office administration, such as payroll, invoicing, purchasing, and other organizational planning. • Have personnel responsibility and contribute to a positive, clear, and engaging work environment. Qualifications Previous experience leading an organization where volunteers are the primary resource is highly desirable. Relevant education in economics/events, or work experience that we consider equivalent. Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. It is desirable if you have experience with systems such as Procup, TA-system, EMP. Who Are You?
