Palladium Malmö is a prestigious and iconic culture and events venue in the heart of Malmö, hosting concerts, clubs, performing arts, and other public events.
We are now looking for a social, driven, and responsible Club & Event Manager who wants to join our team and take charge during our evenings and events.
Responsibilities
Manage the venue during evening events
Superwise staff during work shifts
Ensure guests receive excellent service and a great experience
Collaborate with bar staff, DJs, artists, security, and other event personnel
Assist at the bar and other areas of operations as needed
Handle questions and situations that may arise during the evening
Ensure our procedures are followed before, during, and after events
Assist with opening, closing, and restoring the venue
We are looking for someone who
Has experience from events, clubs, bars, nightlife, or similar
Has solid bar experience and feels confident behind the bar
Is social, outgoing, and has a good network within Malmö's music, culture, club, or entertainment scene
Finds it easy to take responsibility and bring others along
Is service-oriented, independent, and solution-focused
Enjoys working with many people and at a fast pace
Finds it easy to collaborate with different people
Has a genuine interest in music, culture, events, and entertainment
Is flexible and can work evenings, late evenings, nights, and weekends
