All about Your Benefits Job Description Rotating weekly assignments with the following responsibilities: - Medication reviews at the emergency department and hospital wards - Medication reviews at outpatient clinics in connection with scheduled patient visits - Patient education - Healthcare professional education - Pharmaceutical advice to patients and healthcare staff - Student supervision Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or a licensed pharmacy technician with a master's degree in clinical pharmacy or equivalent. Previous experience working with clinical pharmacy in inpatient or outpatient care is a merit. You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. If you have previous experience with TakeCare and Orbit, that is a merit.
