We are seeking an engaged and experienced clinic manager who wants to drive and develop our two clinics in the beautiful nature-filled area of Rimbo!
The Dental Clinic Rimbo Pastoratet has a long history, and dental operations began here as early as 1948. In 2010, the clinic was transferred to Distriktstandvården. Today we also have a clinic in Rimbo Centrum. Together, we have six treatment rooms and our team consists of five dentists, seven dental nurses, two dental hygienists, and one receptionist. You will meet a practice with high expertise, strong team spirit, and close collaboration between the professions.
Are you our future colleague?
We are looking for a flexible and responsible clinic manager with at least 3 years of experience in the industry as a dental nurse, dental hygienist, or dentist. Experience with administrative work and personnel responsibility is a requirement, and experience in leadership is a merit. In your role as clinic manager, you will be responsible for both operational and strategic matters and report to the Regional Manager.
We believe this person has a passion for leadership and the ability to build functioning teams that work toward the same goals.
Responsibilities
Your key tasks as clinic manager will include:
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic and ensure the business runs efficiently
- Organize and monitor workflows, patient scheduling, and staff scheduling
- Work to maintain and develop the clinic's quality initiatives and ensure that patient needs are met in the best way possible
- Manage budgeting, financial follow-up, and results reporting
- Collaborate with other managers and leadership teams to achieve common goals and visions
