Your Workplace Our three specialist clinics are located at Haga in Karlstad, in modern and well-equipped premises shared with pediatric dentistry and Folktandvården Haga. Here, 34 employees work in endodontics, periodontics and oral prosthodontics – a team characterized by unpretentiousness, work enjoyment and genuine commitment to patients. We offer individualized specialist dental care and have close collaboration with both general dentistry and other specialist clinics. Your Responsibilities As clinic manager, you lead, plan and develop the operations of the clinics. You are responsible for: care and personnel planning work environment management budget and follow-up driving development and creating good conditions for employees The assignment is combined with clinical service according to agreement. You are part of Folktandvården's collective management and report to the dental care manager. At the clinic, you have support from a clinic administrator who is part of the local management group. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for someone who is confident, engaged and clear in your leadership. You have: training and experience in dental care a genuine interest in leadership the ability to build trust and good relationships good communication skills and a structured working method Leadership experience is a merit but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and your ability to contribute to a positive and development-oriented work environment.
