We are now looking for an experienced Clinic Manager for our unit serving children and youth, who wants to build up this operation and be part of developing the future of orthotic technology. The clinic consists of approximately 40 employees with extensive experience working with all types of orthotic devices and has local production capabilities. As an orthotic clinic with close collaboration with Astrid Lindgren Children's Hospital as well as rehabilitation services and pediatric healthcare in the Stockholm region, we are a natural and highly sought-after collaboration partner in many diagnostic areas. We have strong relationships with other professional disciplines and there are great opportunities to further develop these relationships. Your responsibilities As clinic manager, your role will be to lead and allocate work at the clinic in consultation with the clinical director and regional colleagues for service and production. Your main responsibility is to lead and develop staff, run the clinic according to business strategy, and manage and develop the clinic's customer and patient relationships. You thrive in a role where you combine strategic and practical contributions and can, when needed, participate in clinical operations. You are part of Region Stockholm's management group and report to the Regional Director. Your responsibilities include: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals for your unit and together with the region's management group Develop and promote growth of existing and new markets within orthotic technology Be part of daily clinic operations Ensure compliance with regional and national healthcare regulations and guidelines Drive and/or participate in local, regional, and global development and improvement projects We are now embarking on an important development journey where we want to lay the foundation for creating a clinic at the absolute forefront. Who we are looking for You currently work as a leader within orthotic technology or in a closely related field, such as rehabilitation or habilitation. You are an engaged leader with several years of experience in operational management and a clear communicator who enjoys collaborating to achieve results. You enjoy translating strategic decisions into local action plans and leading through change. You have the ability to maintain good relationships with customers and collaboration partners.
