As manager of both clinics, you'll lead two dedicated teams with a shared mission – to create safe, accessible, and high-quality dental care together. Through close collaboration between the clinics, you'll leverage each other's strengths, share knowledge, and develop the operations together. The Clinic Manager Role We're looking for someone with an interest in leadership who wants to help shape the future of dental care and be part of a larger context where you and your colleagues have room to grow. As clinic manager, you're responsible for the clinics' operations, personnel, and finances. Together with clinic coordinators, you form the clinic management and conduct development and change work, operational planning, and follow-up. As clinic manager, you're responsible for supporting, coaching, and challenging your colleagues to reach the clinic's goals together. In addition to your work as clinic manager, you'll also work within your dental profession at the clinics. Your Future Workplace Mullsjö and Bankeryd Public Dental Care are two medium-sized workplaces with a combined 38 employees. The clinics are characterized by great passion for the work and patients, and we value good collaboration. Your Profile We're looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of dental care. Together with clinic coordinators, you'll lead and develop Mullsjö and Bankeryd Public Dental Care as part of Public Dental Care. We're looking for someone with a dental education, preferably a licensed dentist with several years of clinical professional experience. If you have previous management experience, we see that as a plus. You're confident in your leadership and can independently prioritize and make decisions. The clinic manager position is a limited-term appointment (2-4 years) with the possibility of extension. The position is full-time and starts by agreement. The appointment is based on a basic employment within your dental profession at Public Dental Care in Region Jönköping County.
