Vacancy – Customer Service Specialist (Jūrmala Welfare Administration) Application deadline: September 27, 2026 Jūrmala Welfare Administration Reg. no. 90000594245 Talsu šoseja 31 k-25, Jūrmala, LV-2016 invites to hire a Customer Service Specialist (for a fixed-term position) Main job responsibilities: Receive and review client applications for municipal voluntary initiative grants in accordance with the procedures established by the institution. Process client data in social assistance administration electronic systems and use state unified information system data to obtain additional information in accordance with the procedures established in regulatory acts. Assess the compliance of client-submitted documents with grant eligibility conditions. Calculate the grant payable to the client. Monitor client compliance with grant eligibility conditions. Issue administrative acts regarding grant approval or denial. Provide clients with information about grant allocation procedures and conditions. Requirements for candidates: Secondary education; High sense of responsibility, ability to independently complete tasks; Excellent computer skills (MS Office, SOPA); Good communication and interpersonal skills.
