The National Health Service (registration No. 90009649337) announces a competition for a position – Senior Customer Service Specialist at the Customer Service Center (permanent, profession code 4222 07) Key job responsibilities: • provide answers to questions from residents in person and via the information hotline 80001234; • issue European Health Insurance Cards (EHIC); • respond to resident letters/emails; • accept applications and other documents, certify copies, and perform other tasks within the scope of the Customer Service Center's operations. Requirements for applicants: • higher education preferred; • work experience in customer service or healthcare will be considered an advantage; • excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing; • state language proficiency level C1; • English language proficiency level B2 for communication with foreign clients; • accuracy, strong sense of responsibility, initiative, good communication and cooperation skills; • ability to take responsibility for your decisions and work results; • ability to plan and organize your time; • ability to work in a team; • professional communication skills.
