Main responsibilities: - organize friendly client reception and provide accurate, correct, and easily understandable information (verbally, electronically, and by telephone) about the institution and its services; - provide residents with information about municipal social services and social assistance procedures, sequence of procedures, and required documents; - register and forward received documents and submissions to responsible employees; - issue or send to residents prepared decisions, certificates, contracts, etc.; - direct visitors to consultations with specialists or administration; - provide general information about other institutions' activities and services; - maintain client files (both paper and electronic), systematize attached documents; - perform document selection for archival storage in accordance with regulatory requirements.
