The Citizenship and Migration Affairs Office of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Latvia, registration No. 90000054163, announces a competition for a vacant position of CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST at Riga Branch 1 (indefinite term).
Requirements for applicants:
- At least first-level professional higher education;
- State language proficiency at the highest level;
- Understanding of services provided by the Citizenship and Migration Affairs Office;
- Good computer skills;
- Desirable work experience in public administration or customer service;
- Desirable English language knowledge enabling communication in a foreign language in the performance of job duties (job duties also include serving foreign clients);
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Main job responsibilities:
- Serving visitors in the customer service area (issuance and preparation of identity documents, data updates in the Population Register);
- Work with information systems.
