Requirements for candidates:
Excellent customer service experience
Excellent Latvian language skills; knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage (for communication with clients)
Experience working with cash registers
Positive attitude and sense of responsibility toward work duties, ability to work in a team and independently
Interest and desire to continuously improve and enhance customer service
Ability to organize your work and take responsibility
Ability to find solutions in problem situations
Main work duties:
Sell cinema tickets at the ticket window
Perform ticket control
Serve visitors at the roll-bar (serve hot, sparkling beverages and snacks)
Conduct cinema tours in one of the foreign languages and in Latvian
Be responsible for visitor comfort and order at the cinema
Provide clients with information about cinema events, film repertoire and other services
The company offers:
Work location in the center of Riga, 61 Elizabetes Street
Shift schedule: afternoons to evenings on workdays and weekends
Summarized working time accounting
Health insurance (after probation period) and other benefits specified in the collective labor agreement
Salary of 6.32 eur/hour after the probation period ends
