The customer service point in Skulte is inviting a Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Ensure efficient operation of the postal office and customer satisfaction;
Customer consultation and service sales;
Provision of postal services, payments, financial services, and other services;
Processing of shipments, issuance, and data entry into the system.
Requirements for Candidates
Secondary or secondary professional education;
Latvian language proficiency (B2 level);
Experience working with customers (at least 1 year);
Ability to work with MS Office and office equipment;
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and problem-solving capability.
Our Offer
Salary from 435.00 to 555.00 EUR gross per month (for part-time work);
Working hours - on weekdays from 8:00-11:00;
