Description We are looking for you with good patience and a calm approach who is eager to be present around classes and students to: Support students/student groups pedagogically and socially in the classroom and during breaks/transitions. In collaboration with the teacher and special education teacher, design instruction and pedagogy during school hours in a salutogenic manner. Adapt your approach to the student/student group. Document the school day based on the student/student group's circumstances. Contribute to activating students during breaks and creating meaningful break times. Contribute to learning in the classroom and in after-school care. Perform other work tasks assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications Meritorious education: Childcare Worker Educational Support Assistant Social Pedagogue You have good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Special emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
